kittenmilk hair studio, located in the heart of center city philadelphia, welcomes you into a warm and inviting space where your individuality is honored.
in our intimate 1:1 setting, you can relax and share your hair aspirations, knowing that your vision is our priority.

by booking, you agree to the cancellation and lateness policy:
we request a minimum of 48 hours notice for appointment service changes, cancellations or rescheduling. failure to provide sufficient notice will result in loss of the required service deposit.
no call, no shows will be blocked from booking again, in addition to loss of their deposit.
we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. clients arriving 15 or more minutes late may need to be rescheduled and/or will be charged a cancellation fee.
we have the right to refuse any guest.
PAYMENT
we accept cash and credit/debit cards as well as apple/samsung pay. cash only gratuity. NO REFUNDS however we are happy to make an adjustment when necessary. contact within 72 hours of your service via email at kittenmilkstudio@gmail.com
